Products without decorative elements include an identification label, while pieces featuring inlaid materials or intricate craftsmanship are accompanied by an official certification certificate. 24K describes the highest karat category of gold, but the exact fineness may vary by product specification. Please refer to the purity mark, product details, identification label or certification certificate included with your specific piece. A product should only be described as 999.9 gold when that fineness is explicitly stated.

High-purity gold is naturally softer and more malleable than lower-karat gold alloys. Fine scratches, slight impressions or minor changes in shape may occur with regular wear and are not necessarily signs of a quality issue. Avoid pulling delicate chains, pressing hollow designs or allowing the jewelry to strike hard surfaces.

After wearing, gently wipe your jewelry with a clean, soft and dry cloth. Avoid contact with perfume, cosmetics, household chemicals, chlorine and abrasive cleaning products. Remove your jewelry before exercising, showering, swimming, sleeping or doing housework. Store each piece separately in its original box or a soft-lined pouch to prevent scratches and tangling.

In-stock orders are generally dispatched within 2–3 business days. Standard international delivery usually takes 5–15 days after dispatch. Pre-order items follow the estimated shipping date shown on the relevant product page.

Free standard shipping is available on orders of $29 or more. Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information. Delivery may take longer during holidays, customs processing, severe weather or carrier delays. 

Duties are included in product prices for orders shipped to the United States and Canada; applicable sales taxes may still be charged based on the destination state or province. Import taxes and duties are included for the United Kingdom, Germany and Australia.
