    We're bringing a new level of transparency to the jewellery industry - because without it, there's no chance for sustainability. OurProduct Passportallows you to trace the origin of your jewellery, from design to doorstep. This is an industry-first, ensuring that each MV piece is crafted to the highest standards, without compromise.

  • SETTING THE STANDARD IN ETHICAL SOURCING

    Responsibly sourced materialsare our non-negotiable.Our latest collection features lab-grown diamonds, created using 100% renewable energy and with full supply chain visibility. It's the start of us drastically reducing our footprint and continuing to disrupt industry standards. We only use 100% recycled silver and gold, and over half of our gemstone styles have been traced back to their mined origin, leaving no doubt about where they came from.

  • TAKING LASTING AND MEANINGFUL ACTION

    We pair timeless designs with a circular approach, so your jewellery lasts a lifetime. We'llmend your pieces for freeandbuy back unwanted jewelleryfrom any brand, so nothing goes to waste. Our business is growing, but we've got a plan to reduce our emissions - and we're bringing our suppliers and partners on the journey. Meanwhile, we're regenerating local land with Monica's Meadow, a biodiversity project at our Holkham HQ.

And our We Belong Committee supports volunteering, work experience programmes and promotion Equity, Diversity and Inclusion across the business.

WE COMMIT TO:

  • Implementing a net zero action plan to actively reduce our Scope 3 emissions
  • 100% of office, stores and warehouses within our control to be powered by renewable energy
  • Implementing a human rights impact and risk mapping system across our internal operations and supply chain to protect our community

2025

WE COMMIT TO:

  • 75% product traceability through our Product Passport programme
  • 75% of gemstone styles in our current collections to use Mine to Market gemstones
  • 100% elimination of single-use plastics across our entire internal operations
  • 95% supply chain visibility of Tier 1 - 3 suppliers
