If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, it is easy to exchange or refund. At the end of the page, click on the email link service@chowtaiseng.com in contact us to send an email requesting a return or exchange.


Policy


1. Purchased products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of receipt. [24K gold products are not accepted for return or exchange without quality issues.]
2. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging with all original tags to ensure that all items in the package are intact. Items that do not meet these standards will not be returned.
3. If the product is returned or exchanged due to product quality issues, the return shipping fee shall be borne by the seller. If you apply for a return or exchange for personal reasons, the buyer shall bear the return shipping fee.
4. Customized products, special products and mystery boxes cannot be returned or exchanged. If there is a quality issue, please contact us. [Notice]
5. Sets can only be returned as one set. Individual items in a set cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

Refund Time


Your return will be processed within 7 business days from the time we receive it in our warehouse. Please allow 5–10 business days for refund transactions to reflect on your bank statement after completion. You will be notified by email when the refund reaches your account.
